The Number 1 Way to Knock Your Health out of the Park

I totally wish I had done this earlier on in life, good thing the body is so forgiving.  The one thing that has made the greatest improvement to my health at virtually no costs and is beyond easy to do, DRINK MORE WATER.

I grew up in the era where we’d be on a road trip and my mother would ask, “you kids thirsty?”, we’d go, “ya”, and she’d say, “okay we’ll stop for a pop, then”.  I don’t remember us ever having drinking water in the car when we travelled or just as a common beverage around the home. They just didn’t know the importance.

Eventually I started to get more educated about looking after this body and discovered in order for it to perform optimally, the cells it’s comprised of need a lot of water.  So I drank the obligatory, commonly held believe in 8 cups per day. It was okay, but just okay.

The continuous flushing of waste from the cells must be supported by adequate hydration, otherwise the cycle of taking in nutrients and expelling waste will break down causing a break down of the health of the body.

When the body’s not loaded down with waste it performs at an advance level, this I know from experience.  In 2019 I was fortunate to have a hand picked personal life coach from the Growth Academy and High Performance Institute lead by Brendon Burchard, Dean Graziosi and Ethan Willis work with me for a year. Janet Randall was a high level fitness coach before and so I trusted her judgement when she challenged me to consume 3 litres of water a day. 

At first it was a bit uncomfortable, I had to pee frequently.  That’s right, because more toxins and waste were being cleared, it’s bound to happen, and before long I could feel the difference inside myself. Just those little upticks of improvement that weren’t there before. 

I definitely felt greater energy, still do. I don’t get tired and flake out a 3 pm, I drink warm structured water, more on that later, throughout the day. It’s unlikely you’ll see me without my trusty water.  

I also felt greater mental clarity, drive and focus. I was sleeping better, still do. So, looks like it all goes hand in hand, which it does.  The body operates in concert with itself.  That’s great news for anyone that has a body!

So, what really happens when we’re dehydrated?  It’s not pleasant but you need to know the truth in order to make the change.  When you don’t have enough water intake in order for your body to operate sufficiently it steals water from your poo stored in the large intestine. You heard that right. In order to supply necessary the hydration to your cells when you’re not drinking enough WATER, your body steals water from your poo.  Are you willing to allow that to happen?`So, what really happens when we’re dehydrated?  It’s not pleasant but you need to know the truth in order to make the change.  When you don’t have enough water intake in order for your body to operate sufficiently it steals water from your poo stored in the large intestine. You heard that right. In order to supply necessary the hydration to your cells when you’re not drinking enough WATER, your body steals water from your poo.  Are you willing to allow that to happen?

And what happens after that, the fecal matter becomes compacted onto the sides of large intestine, the bowel’s lining.  And the compaction keeps building up and up.  Your bowel’s lining is only one cell thick, how is it going to withstand putrid, fecal matter compacted on it.  It’s not. It develops holes in it, commonly called “leaky gut” and infected tubules called diverticulitis. Both are very painful and disturbing to the mind as there exists the gut/brain connection.

And now, in addition in putrid water floating around in the bloodstream “nourishing” your cells, the intestinal wall is weakening due to the putrid fecal matter stuck to it.  Large holes are forming that allowing methane, lactic acid, carbon dioxide, heavy metals and parasites to invade the whole body.   My God, why would you feel well!! 

And it can all be avoided by drinking more water!! A properly hydrated body glows with vitality, with the cells take on a higher vibration, 

  • the immune system kicks into role of defender in a balanced and appropriate way
  • the lymphatic system works impeccably, allowing it to protect the body from illness-causing invaders, maintain body fluid levels, absorb digestive tract fats and remove cellular waste to sweep and clean the blood
  • the organs, kidney, liver, bladder, spleen, pancreas, etc. hum along and performing exactly the way they are designed
  • the digestive system flows in perfect harmony and extracts nutrients
  • the whole Cardiovascular system also benefits in that it doesn’t have to work as hard to keep up with the demands that a toxic body puts on it, in other words a body that has an excess of lactic acid
  • The brain and Central Nervous System work symbiotic with the body, allow the free flow of messenger molecules and hormones

And peace was felt throughout the land, just by DRINKING MORE WATER!!
